The GreenLeather® is the environmentally friendly TPU leather innovatively developed by Bodajoeeun. It has undergone various safety tests by the Authority SGS Testing Center for and found no trace of presence of Heavy metal, AZO dyes, and DMF. The production of Greenleather® results in no toxic solvent and no noxious gas. It is an excellent substitution to traditional synthetic PU and PVC as it is more environmental and safer for human skin contact. Water-resistance and excellent abrasion resistance are also key features of GreenLeather®. It is very widely applied on many commercial fields including furniture sofa, construction materials, fabric clothes, bags, luggages, shoes materials and etc., and it is not patent pending.

The full name of TPU is Thermoplastic Polyurethane, it’s a non-toxic and environmentally friendly material. Bodajoeeun TPU films have undergone all sorts of safety and non-toxic testing such as MSDS done by SGS Testing Center as a proof of eligible to environment. There is a pass on MSDS testing showing no presence of cadmium, lead, mercury, total chromium and barium. TPU products is decomposable and decayable when it is buried underground for 6 to 8 years, it’s also recyclable to reproduced into other TPU products such as air hose etc. Bodajoeeun TPU products have been applied on footwear, sport equipments, garments, handbags, medical applicances, and in electrical technology fields. Bodajoeeun produces two types to TPU film – Polyester and Polyether. Both types can be further classified into various categorical functions such as Anti-oxidation, Extra clear, Fire-retardant, Hydrolysis types etc. according to customer’s demand. 
Characterization –

  • TPU is a kind of thermoplastic type of elastic polymer, it doesn’t contain any heavy metals like Cadmium, Lead, Mercury, Total Chromium and Barium, that has been checked by SGS Laboratory.
  • Bodajoeeun’s thin TPU has high moisture management performance, which can regulate the body’s temperature, and move sweat away from the body, and keep the body dry.
  • Waterproof features of TPU prevents permeating by wind, snow, and rain.
  • TPU has wind protection and warm reservation in function. It can resist the lowest temperature – 20 degree C to the highest temperature 160 degree C.
  • TPU made Air bag or cushion pad is utilized with the TPU features of high tensile, high elongation and resilient. It is capable to burden weight and absorb impact.
  • Fabrics is coated with TPU film, which conducts with the non-raveling and waterproof function. It increases the variety of fabrics design.                         
Polyester type

  • excellent in heat and oil resistance (perform better than polyether base)
  • applicable for oil bag, air cushion and sproting goods.

  • hydrolysis resistane, anti-bacteria, and anti-mold. (better performance than polyester base in there features)
  • applicable for water-sporting goods and medical.
